Central African Republic is located in Central Africa, north of Democratic Republic of the Congo. Its terrain is vast, flat to rolling plateau, scattered hills in northeast and southwest. The climate is tropical, hot, dry winters, mild to hot, wet summers. In area, the country is slightly smaller than Texas, about four times the size of Georgia.
