Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.geo-games.com and the games, country information, leaderboards, accounts, content, and related services available through the website, collectively referred to as the “Services.”

The Services are operated by an individual creator doing business as Geo Games (“Geo Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

A parent or guardian who permits a minor to use the Services accepts responsibility for that minor’s use.

The Services are not directed to children under 13.

2. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date.

Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by another reasonable method where required by law.

Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time.

We are not obligated to maintain any particular game, account, leaderboard, statistic, feature, or content item.

3. User Accounts

Certain features may require an account.

When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, use only an account you are authorized to use, promptly update information when necessary, notify us of suspected unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account except where prohibited by law.

You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share an account in a manner that compromises security or violates these Terms.

We may reject or require modification of usernames that are misleading, offensive, infringing, impersonating, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.

4. License to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms, Geo Games grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful, noncommercial entertainment and informational purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of any portion of the Services.

You may not use the Services for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

5. Free and Advertising-Supported Services

Geo Games currently provides the Services without charging users subscription fees, access fees, or in-game purchase fees.

The Services may be supported through advertising, including advertisements delivered by Google AdSense or other advertising providers.

Geo Games may receive compensation based on advertisement impressions, clicks, or other advertising arrangements.

Viewing or interacting with an advertisement does not create a transaction between you and Geo Games.

Any purchase, registration, or other interaction you complete with an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser and may be governed by the advertiser’s own terms and privacy policies.

Geo Games does not guarantee that the Services will always remain free.

If we introduce paid features in the future, we will provide applicable pricing, payment terms, and other required disclosures before charging users.

We will not charge you merely because you previously created an account or used the free Services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Use the Services for an unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose;
• Cheat, manipulate scores, falsify gameplay events, or interfere with leaderboards;
• Use bots, macros, scripts, automation, exploits, modified clients, or unauthorized software;
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, security measures, or account restrictions;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without permission;
• Introduce malware, harmful code, denial-of-service attacks, or disruptive traffic;
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, download, or systematically extract content or data without written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, or reproduce the Services except where prohibited by law;
• Attempt to discover source code, non-public APIs, algorithms, databases, or security mechanisms;
• Interfere with another person’s access to or enjoyment of the Services;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Collect personal information about other users;
• Submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content;
• Use the Services to advertise, solicit, spam, or promote unrelated products or services;
• Generate artificial advertisement impressions, clicks, or interactions;
• Encourage another person to violate these Terms; or
• Use the Services in a way that could damage Geo Games or expose us or others to liability.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action including removing content, invalidating scores, restricting features, suspending accounts, terminating access, or contacting appropriate authorities.

7. Games, Scores, and Leaderboards

Game rules, scoring systems, attributes, rankings, lives, attempts, challenges, and other mechanics may change at any time.

Scores and leaderboard positions are provided for entertainment purposes.

We do not guarantee that scores, progress, streaks, rankings, achievements, or account statistics will always be saved, available, accurate, or recoverable.

We may remove, modify, reset, or invalidate a score, record, ranking, or achievement that we reasonably believe resulted from cheating, automation, exploitation of a bug, manipulation, unauthorized software, technical errors, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, or conduct inconsistent with intended game rules.

Our decisions concerning game integrity and leaderboard administration are final to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. No Purchases, Gambling, or Prizes

Geo Games does not currently charge users to access its games or standard website features.

Unless Geo Games expressly announces a promotion or competition under separate official rules, the Services do not require payment to play, do not involve wagering or gambling, do not require users to risk money or anything of value, do not award cash or cash-equivalent prizes, and are provided solely for entertainment and informational purposes.

Scores, rankings, points, achievements, streaks, and virtual progress have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, redeemed, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money, goods, or property.

9. Geographic, Economic, Military, Sports, and Other Data

The Services may present country statistics, maps and borders, rankings and percentiles, economic measures, population data, military indicators, research and development data, manufacturing data, baseball statistics, historical information, and other third-party or public-source information.

Although we seek to use reliable sources, data may be delayed, estimated, revised, rounded, incomplete, based on different years or methodologies, simplified for gameplay, automatically generated or summarized, or incorrect due to human, source, or technical error.

Geo Games rankings, percentiles, categories, comparisons, and game outcomes may reflect our own methodology and should not be treated as official assessments.

The Services are not an authoritative geographic, political, economic, military, financial, statistical, or sports database.

You should independently verify information before relying on it for research, education, business, financial decisions, travel, legal matters, or any other consequential purpose.

10. Maps, Borders, and Political Neutrality

Maps, country names, borders, territories, flags, and classifications displayed through the Services are provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

Their presentation does not represent a political position, legal determination, endorsement, or opinion by Geo Games regarding sovereignty, territorial claims, diplomatic recognition, border disputes, government legitimacy, or the legal status of any location or population.

Certain geographic depictions may differ from those used by governments, international organizations, or other data providers.

11. User Submissions and Feedback

You may submit feedback, messages, reports, suggestions, ideas, or other communications to Geo Games.

You retain ownership of original content you submit.

By submitting content intended for display through the Services, you grant Geo Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the Services.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content, the content does not violate another person’s rights, the content is not unlawful or misleading, and our permitted use of the content will not violate applicable law.

Feedback and product suggestions may be used without restriction or compensation to you, subject to applicable law.

Please do not submit confidential information as feedback.

12. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original components, including software, source code, interfaces, designs, layouts, branding, logos, text, graphics, compilations, scoring systems, and original content, are owned by Geo Games or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

“Geo Games,” “Country Blitz,” and related names, logos, designs, and branding may be trademarks or service marks of Geo Games.

Third-party names, flags, statistics, datasets, trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.

Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to use Geo Games branding or intellectual property except as necessary for ordinary personal use of the Services.

13. Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual-property rights.

If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to geogamesboss@gmail.com containing identification of the copyrighted work, identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is unauthorized, a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner, and your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay our response.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to, integrations with, advertisements from, or content supplied by third parties.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Geo Games does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products or services, availability, security, privacy practices, accuracy, or transactions between you and a third party.

A link or advertisement does not constitute endorsement by Geo Games.

15. Advertising and Third-Party Offers

Geo Games is currently supported, or may be supported, through advertising rather than payments from users.

The Services may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense or other advertising partners.

Advertisements may be selected, delivered, personalized, and measured using cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, web beacons, and similar technologies, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Advertisers and advertising providers are responsible for their advertisements, products, services, claims, offers, websites, and privacy practices.

Geo Games does not control, guarantee, or endorse an advertised product or service merely because its advertisement appears through the Services.

Any transaction or interaction between you and an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.

Geo Games is not a party to such a transaction and is not responsible for purchases, payments, refunds, delivery, product quality, advertiser conduct, or disputes involving an advertiser.

You may not generate or attempt to generate invalid advertising activity, including repeated or insincere clicks, encouraging or compensating others to click advertisements, using bots, scripts, automated tools, or deceptive methods, manipulating advertisement impressions or engagement, or violating an advertising provider’s policies.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user has engaged in invalid advertising activity.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described in that policy.

17. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, your activity creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk, your account was compromised, your activity threatens game integrity, suspension is necessary to comply with law, or continuing to provide access is no longer commercially or technically practical.

Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms ends immediately.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law, will survive.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

GEO GAMES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE; THAT DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; THAT DATA, SCORES, PROGRESS, OR ACCOUNTS WILL NEVER BE LOST; THAT INFORMATION WILL BE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ACCURATE; THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of these disclaimers may not apply to you.

19. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEO GAMES AND ITS OWNER, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, SCORES, PROGRESS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; ERRORS OR INACCURACIES IN DATA OR CONTENT; LOSS OF SCORES, PROGRESS, ACCOUNT INFORMATION, OR LEADERBOARD POSITION; UNAUTHORIZED ACCOUNT ACCESS; THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, CONTENT, OR ADVERTISEMENTS; OR CONDUCT OF ANOTHER USER OR THIRD PARTY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEO GAMES’ TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

These limitations apply regardless of the form or basis of the claim and even if Geo Games was advised that damages were possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

20. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Geo Games and its owner, contractors, service providers, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, violation of law, infringement of another person’s rights, or content you submit through the Services.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Geo Games’ own unlawful conduct or where indemnification is prohibited by law.

21. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that is not subject to another enforceable dispute-resolution procedure must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of non-waivable rights available under the laws of the consumer’s place of residence.

22. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a formal legal claim, you and Geo Games agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.

A party initiating a dispute must send written notice describing the nature of the dispute, relevant facts, requested resolution, and sender’s contact information.

Notices to Geo Games should be sent to geogamesboss@gmail.com.

The parties will have 30 days after receipt of the notice to attempt to resolve the dispute before initiating formal proceedings, unless immediate relief is necessary or applicable law provides otherwise.

23. Electronic Communications

By using the Services or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications electronically, including notices posted through the Services or sent to the email associated with your account.

Electronic notices satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by law.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

25. No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

26. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, transfer of the Services, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Geo Games concerning the Services and replace prior agreements concerning the same subject matter.
